My coolant is almost low as in almost to the bottom bar on the little container that holds it. What exactly is it? Is there any special kind I should use? Do I have to order the "correct" stuff through the dealer? ;D

It's Summer. Add a little DISTILLED water.
Later if you live where it gets cold use anti-freeze that's made for aluminum blocks. frosty

That should be fine. If you do add coolant be sure to use silicate free and never add tap water. It would be a good idea to buy some coolant from any motorcycle shop

Any coolant that is silicate free or states specifically for use on aluminum engines is fine. Distilled water should be used to create a 50/50 mix. A proper mix is important as it will help control boiling in summer and freezing in the winter.
