I've tried everything.. Still no luck. Runs but bogs down

I cleaned carburetor, gas tank and changed fuel filter.  They were dirty..

The bike starts but bogs down when you give it throttle.  However, with the air intake disconnected from the carburetor it runs perfectly fine.  

I guess this means it is not getting enough air..  Stock bike low miles.  

Any ideas what the problem might be here?
