In process currently restoring an 07 with 9K that sat for awhile...recently replaced carb jets, fuel lines, fuel pump and fuel filter...Ran good for a few miles but now barely hits 30 and hesitates at full throttle especially when its up to speed...(It was consistently 35 before)...I am concerned I may have installed the "Check Valve" backwards...Can anyone give me a sense of how to install it correctly, or if the symptoms may correlate with putting it in wrong? I took the rubbing house off of it and it seemed like there was a little plastic triangle arrow on the outside to indicate fuel flow direction...I still have a bunch of work to get this scooter running tip top...Thanks!
