help! which pin the red/blue and the red/green wires...

my ruckus at one point was hotwired. i had lost the key and it is my only transportation. i bought a new ignition switch and the installation has me puzzled. on which pin is the red/blue wire and which is the red/green? the switch has 3 positions and no matter what combination i have tried the ruckus is Always ON.
I have to disconnect the battery when i park, which is a painfully time consuming process
any help appreciated.
