wow! looks awesome! but wait, are the 4valve heads ready? who makes them? how much? and what's the cc for this piston? also, what is the price on these? i suspect that once you got new stuff in, you might make a sale on the old stuff?? like, say, regular big bore pistons? it's just... i spent way more money on my ruckus than planned for, and now i am trying to pay off my credit card and the loan for the ruckus... no money =0(. but i want more power .

OK lets start from the beginning, the heads are ready because Honda has been doing them for 4 years, they come in the European version of the Ruckus, called Zoomer over there, also they have closed loop (or feedback) fuel injection. I do not know how much those complete head are I am hoping we will get that engine here soon the cc is still going to be 58 cc as our pistons as they have the same bore. And since they are different products for different markets, i will not need to do a sale on the 2 valve pistons

Yeah these pistons are just for the European Ruckus for now. There's a chance we'll get the 4-valve engine here for 2008 or later but for now importing the 4 valve head isn't worth the money because parts from the UK are super expensive so you'd be looking at atleast $700 if you converted to 4 valves but kept your carburator.
Anyways, very sexy chanito!

Will you need to get a different pipe for the 4 valve heads? Would the stock carburator work with the 4 valve head? Does the 4 valve fuel injected ruckus have more power than the carburator one?

The ports for the 4-valve engines are 2 into 1 ports so you still only have one exhaust port exit and one carb/throttle body. So no you don't need a different pipe Yes you can use the stock carb As for the power, the 4-valve Ruck makes less power but likely for other reasons (ie. restrictive fuel injection system, different pipe etc). It should add power to the north american Ruckus but no one has done it yet.

Zoomer is getting a 4 valve piston, so soon we will know how it performs on the real world

Is there any chance that you know what the cfm of the 2v and 4v heads are?

Actually someone did flow tests on these heads but I'm not sure where the results are...it was a while ago. Send a PM to IHeardaRukus (spelt like that) because I'm pretty sure he was the guy that did 'em.
