Will an 05 ECU work with a 2013 wiring harness?

I recently bought a 2013 rear end (engine, transmission, etc.). I know I need a new wiring harness, but do I need a new ECU or will my old 2005 ECU work with the 2013 Wiring harness?

Thoughts and advice??
