I've been thinking about tedsmini a lot lately, and still miss Him... ...When I first joined RUCKUS CENTRAL and posted a few times, He immediately started PMing me regularly. We became really good Friends, both here and several times on the phone....after I purchased my first of four 600 Silver Wing Scooters, He talked to me a lot wanting every detail I could muster about it's handling, speed, braking, mileage, etc. ....this was to finally lead to Him purchasing one..... ;D
He was a Really Class Act, something that's sometimes hard to find in a lot of Today's Younger Riders. He was Polite, Courteous, and Knowledgable in a lot of things that were Mechanical in the "Wheel World". Having Built, Raced, and Worked On Most Every "Wheel Thing" myself in my now "60" years of Living, we had a Lot in common and were Very Compatible.
tedsmini passed away on January 24th, 2007 after being born on January 9th, 1942.....He Dearly Loved RUCKUS CENTRAL and It's Members...It has not been quite the same since He left us, but His "Fingerprints" can still be felt...a CLASS GUY that helped build a CLASS FORUM...may we work hard to keep it that way...Rest In Peace Buddy...we're holding down the Fort for You..... ;D ;D ;D
...and, oh yeah Buddy, the thing I told You they were capable of, but You never got to see the Pic of it being done...Silver Wing 2-up with Me and Mitzie on The Dragon, Frame Dragging (...ground the Centerstand Mounts off), Full Lean, and captured by Killboy...Here's to You..........
