Ok Everyone
I am posting this for help out there with anyone looking for the Dr. Pulley set up for their Ruck, or any GY6/Jog/Zuma clutch they may want to put on their ruck. It all comes down to the spacer... the mythical MRP Spacer. With a lot of help from the guys at www.scootertronics.com we sorted it out.
Michael (Scooter Mike) and Tommy at Scootertonics have been a huge help & Michael can basically find any part you need & get it to his shop asap! They got my HIT Cluch & JOg Pulley in about a week.
So whats the Deal? The Honda Clutch is its own design with no aftermarket available. The Zuma, Jog, GY6 50cc bikes all use the same style clutch & these Pulleys will fit on the Ruckus rear shaft.. but you need the magical spacer. Ill get to that in a minute.

Here is another shot from the side, notice the 3 larger clutch plates on the Dr. Pulley vs. the two on the Stock Ruckus.
The Clutch is a huge improvement over stock, good slip off the line & a solid lock! Its a nice nice improvement over the stock Ruck!
Now... the spacer... what is it with the spacer??? Scooter Mike, Tommy & myself got the MRP spacers.. they were horrible, but only because they rushed making them. Its basically a 5/8" stainless steel tube spacer in the lowes hardware section. The cut down to fit behind the clutch.
Here is the spacer cut down, you can do this with a dremmel tool!
Once the spacer is cut, using a file shave it down to a nice 3/32" to 1/8" & trim the edges.
Put some grease on the spacer & it goes here on the shaft. DO NOT PUT WASHERS ON THE BACK OF THE SHAFT UP AGAINST THE ENGINE CASE, THIS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE. You need to get this spacer & put it on the shaft.

The the Clutch + Jog Pulley slides right one & is lined up properly, very little stress is on the spacer as it rests on the bearings!
Tourque down the bolt & your ready to go!
Again... www.scootertronics.com is sending these out with spacers, they are great guys & if you do not want to use a Dr. Pulley they have other clutch options, but the Dr. PUlley works great!
You are going to want to put on a heavier Pulley spring to keep the bike in gear as she slips. I am using a Mallossi Yellow Spring & slighty heavier weights, the pulley spring helps to keep the bike from upshifting off the line!
There have been comments that the stock Jog spring is the same as a Yellow spring, NO! The Jog Spring and Ruckus spring are the same. So with the whole system, spend an extra $20 on a pulley spring. Yellow is good for stock engines, I would only go for a Red Spring if your engine is tuned, as it kills tops end. If you leave the stock jog spring, as the Clutch Slips, the variator starts to shift up & bogs. She is super smooth with a heavier race pulley spring.
I am really happy with the setup. My engine is stock, this slip off the lien is great, good power & solid launches!
