They are suppose to have positive camber as most cars of the '30s did, but i decided to go modern and put zero camber (save tires) and on the caster, i do not know, i was shooting for 5 degrees but i think on the welding proces it got a little less, however i am planning on shimming between the front axle and the springs for more if i need so

Well i have done very little as i had a little fall during a storm ( keeping your balance with a bad knee is hard) and had to stay away from the shop, however i got one tire in, now i have to save to buy the other 3

Will be looking forward to the Pictures.....with "zero" camber, You may end up running a slight bit of "toe-out" on it also, to keep it from "drifting" on long straights..... ;D

8-)So here are the pics, this is the king pin, so skuuter can get a look Doing the stering wheel, so it looks period correct was harder than i thought, here is the aluminum brace then i had to cut some plywood to shape and then a lot of epoxy glue and some old elbow grease to get this and finally some wood stain so it looks right Later on i will have to polish it and spray clear, but for now i will leave until i am sure the color is right, I adde one more wheel as i am waiting on the other two Now i am working on the pedals, and cables and controls, i will post more photos, once i get the pedals working

Thanks, once i get it rolling i will start to figure out the aligment specs, it will be a low speed vehicle so i think i will start with toe in first to see if it get rid of all the play in the stering system If not good then i will switch to toe out , i can't wait to have a rolling chasis

I took the body off to do some prep to paint, and finish the missing pieces (hood, trunk, etc) i added some slats on the hood, that i scanvenged from an old a/c wall unit someone was trowing away, and they look awesome ;D Now i have to worry about fabricating the brake system and getting the engine hook up so it will move on its own. Oh! by the way (this is for OJ or kamino yoguruto) i got new rear tires and a set of new inner tubes for the wheels, so now they are OK, but the driver still needs a diet

8-)Well i have not worked on the project as i have spend my free time getting Katrina back into riding condition, today i finally finish putting her back together, and decided to follow kamino yogoruto advice and rode on her for a bit. Wow! it was really weird getting back on my scooter, i was scared to death and have to keep remaining myself to lean on my right leg instead of the left (it was harder than it sounds as i just will stick my left leg as soon as i lowed down), putting my weight on my left leg would mean i will land on the floor, i did good and did not have any incident, however i have to admit that i was super scared, but i would have not feel as i have finally put this accident behind had i not rode Katrina again, it was like reuniting with an old friend, hope everything will be smooth from here on
