Anybody know what the holder thing is under the seat, not the one for the owners manual.... the kind of round looking thing behind it... looks like it would hold a rod of some kind....?

That would be for the screwdriver, which comes with the ruckus I assume, I'm not sure since I bought mine used.
btw This is kinda unrelated, but what kind of screw do you need for the underseat door thing? Mine fell off when I was riding it on rough roads.

I bought mine new and didn't have anything either. I thought maybe a small tire pump and multi-tool made for the ruckus but I haven't seen any tool sets out there that re specific to the ruckus.

I bought mine used and there is a compact screwdriver there. Perhaps the first owner had put it there, but it fits really good. I assumed all rucks came with it. It really comes in handy when you want to take the battery box off, etc. I would take a picture of it to show you, but my ruckus is over 500km away right now

The Screwdriver holder is in the compartment where the manual is. I'll take a picture of mine, later, for all you people who don't have a screwdriver.
The things poking out, looking like hooks, are supposedly for a U-lock.

I can see where it looks like a krypto lock would go in there, Think i'm going to make a box out of diamond plate with a lock and put some stuff in like....rainsuit, tools, etc..

I wonder if all U-locks would fit? I still think I'd rather get a chain for my ruckus, so I can tie it up to a pole or tree lol

I don't think all u-locks would fit.

I bought a used '03 Ruck and recently discovered a two part screwdriver in the compartment under the lid tucked down near the bottom. It was a fluke that I found it but I gotta say, it doesn't look as cheesy as that red driver setup. No offense. (Sorry, no pic). If you get a chance to see what I'm talking about though you may be able to store a driver there and its completely hidden, and nothing is gonna make it move. Fits in nice and secure. Anybody got a shot of what I'm talking about?

I would take a picture of mine, but I seemed to have misplaced it. I'm guessing I left it in my room at the cottage since I took off the little door under the seat (since the screw fell off). It's a nice little two piece screwdriver with a black handle. I read that for 06 and up honda stopped including it with the ruckus. Who knows.

I am sure this has been answered, but I asked my dealer he says its for a u lock, but screw driver and tool would work as well.

I found that the Bell U-Lock is a perfect fit for the holder under the ruckus seat. See: Bell U-Lock at WalmartHere is a photo of what it looks like when it is in place in the holder:
