Countdown to my first Ruckus!

I just put $200 down to hold the Big Ruckus of my dreams for a week until payday. My husband said no one was going to buy it, sitting next to all those flashy motorcycles at the dealer, but the thought of it being gone when I came in to buy it was too much to bear!
It's a 2006, silver and has an after-market windshield and two after-market cases. It also has a service manual included. The perfect commuter's machine. I can't wait! ;D

I snapped some pics at the dealership. The front bag is leather, or a fair approximation thereof. The rear one is hard plastic with double locks.

Congratulations on your new BR. I can understand your feelings - I had my eye on a used one at a dealer a few months ago, went there to put the down payment only to find that someone had bought it about 1 minute before I was ready to sign the papers. Was bummed out, but wound up getting a new one, so it worked out in the end.

I like the little bumper sticker on the luggage case.

Enjoy, this is a great all around bike, commuting, joy riding, etc.

Yes, Kami, the passenger seat is included, although the case will have to be removed in order to put it on.
It's not actually 100% certain yet, Spongella. I still have to qualify for financing for about half the price. I'm a student and therefore poor (which is why I am getting a scooter instead of a car), so I'm not sure how well that will work out. But I am determined to work it out one way or another. I think the guys at the dealership are on my side - it's obvious that this Ruck and I are soulmates!
