Just wondered if any northerners plan on riding through winter. We here in toronto have been a balmy -5 Celcius (in Farenheit that would be: Bloody cold). There has been no precip yet, and with my snowpants, Battery heated socks and gloves (19.99 Crappy Tire!) ,i've been still enjoying my rides. Some snow tonight may end all that.Just wondered how others are fairing. Also, I didnt bother with the Sparkplug change (manual recommends for cold weather). Is this really necessary? How long do you let it 'warm up'? I let it run on the stand for about 5 min after a cold night.

I have been driving through the winter all last year and will be all this year. It is not too bad. I just warm my Ruckus up for 5 minutes and its ready to go... except when it dips below zero (it did here in Denver CO 2 days ago) then my Ruckus might stall if I give it a little too much gas off the line. I drive the same as I do in summer, just more bundled up and a little more cautious on snowy days.
