Hey, as I searched for a 12 volt bulb to replace an ancient / 6 volt bulb (a, BA20s 35 watt) for a surplus blackout headlamp from a Swiss Army Motorcycle I found the 12 volt version at: www.replacementlightbulbs.com under general lighting category on their site; they are inexpensive. Try them if you are adding old light fixtures to your scoot. I am putting a complete military blackout lighting package on the BR in addition to a BOSCH 7" driving light, Bosch Highway horns, PIAA projection fog lamps, hyper-lites LED upgrades to brake and turnsignal circuits. Might even put in an auxillary battery to handle the extra lights. Found a relay that allows charging batteries seperately from one charging system. Checking into the reliability of the relay. Will get photos of all the upgrades when, and as it's being done. Have a custom bike shop (Thick Bikes of, thickbikes.com) making a custom light / horn mount and a custom luggage rack w/ passenger back rest and light mounts for the blackout lights in the rear. Keeping stock lighting in place; but will be able to switch to blackout package by switching military surplus switch. This will take a few months because of budgetting constraints. Some of the items are a bit pricey and will take some patients. Would be nice if, Honda would supply stock connectors; but, so far not much help from them.
