Has anyone been able to confirm this quota? I think it may be an urban myth as all these new scooters with auto clutches seem to blow that number right out of the water.

I remember a previous post where someone claimed the small number was due to a restriction on scooters with both brakes on the handlebars. If you look on www.walnecks.com/you will see some of the prices out of a dealer in Ohio are realistic. |
