the dealership where I work got two PS250's about three weeks ago. One sold immediately. The other was sold to another dealership a week later. The guy who bought the first one loves it. He said that considering the engine and wheel sizes it has very good power and handling.
Unfortunately Honda can only import about 2400 per year. It seems that there is a US law restricting the importation of motorcycles with dual handbrakes. My boss is trying to get a couple more from other dealerships, but it seems that the ones closest to us all decided not to order any Big Ruckuses. They didn't think they would sell. If that keeps up the Big Ruckus will go the way of the 599 bike. It was only offered for one year then discontiued in the US. If you have a dealership in your area that doesn't have the Big Ruckus make sure that you let them know that you are interested. They pay attention to the number of inquiries when ordering.
Sadly I was promised a chance to ride the second Big Ruckus once it was prepped for delivery. However, since it was sold to a dealer it was never prepped. So all I know for sure is that the seat is very comfortable. The forward seat adjustment is great for those of us with short legs. The only thing that I would change is the tires. They are pretty much pure street tires. I think that Honda should have provided tires with more aggressive tread like those on the 49cc Ruckus. If we get any more and I get to ride one I'll let you guys know.
