Saw the biggin' at the International Motorcycle Show in Dallas, TX. I'm 5'1" and the foot rests were a bit of a stretch. That and the color yellow turned me off. Until (drum roll....) the Honda rep showed me how the seat slides forward!!! Holy freakin' cow! I could reach the foot rests very nicely. Oh, if she were only black or olive drab...

You could always get the frame bead blasted and get a new paint job, that or break out the rattle cans and go nuts on it. For 5 grand though, I'd probably wait for more color options next year.

I agree. Geez, I just imagined the '05 release of the Big and little Ruckus in the same olive color...now that would tempt me.

Having both a big and normal ruckus in olive green would truly be wonderful. It'd be fun to macgyver a trailer for the little ruckus to be pulled by the big ruckus. It'd be just like the RVers. Take the big ruckus out on the road trip with the little one following to be taken on the fire roads and forest trails. Ruck-dream...

Strange: while waiting for my PS250 I was visualizing making a trailer hitch. Then the little Ruckus could follow me around: kewl. I need to figure out the braking capability before I put too much following weight on the disc/drum setup. So many thing to figure out. The bike in it's crate will leave Florida next Tues, I just need to wait I see building a little trailer out of tubing the same diameter as the Ruckus frame. It would need a little ramp as a tailgate: I can almost see it now

GEEEEEZZZ even the Brits got an OD Ruckus this year and it's the first year for them Yeah we gotta have more than 2-3 colors to choose from. That way everyones rides won't look the same. With only a few colours to choose from and with most people buying their mods from the same place there aren't too many significantly different rides out there. In case Honda reads this I think the 2006 colours should be: 1 - Black 2 - Matte Black 3 - Matte Black/Urban Camo 4 - OD 5 - Baby Blue 6 - Off-road Brown 7 - Firetruck Red 8 - Burnt Orange/Cayenne 9 - Silver 10 - White

I beleive it's supposed to go 60 or 70 mph... that's like 100+ kph, since 62 miles=100 km.
I doubt they'll make a more powerful one.

It will just about reach 70 with my 240lbs on a level road slightly tucked. It doesn't need anymore power as acceleration is more than adequate and the brakes will not handle any more speed. If they make it faster then they need to put triple discs on it and then the price will go up over the now $5500 list which is way too much for the bike. Shop around or post that you want a (slightly) used one on a few of the scooter boards.
