Can you get your old one off ICBC? It would be worth something for any parts you can salvage. As for used ones for sale, I always see them in the buy&sell.

Well, I'd have to buy it at auction and I believe I'm required to have a business licence to do so. Plus I don't have the space to store a parts bike.
ICBC is going to let me take all my custom parts off it, including the new handlebars, as long as I re-install the old bars.
I checked the buy&Sell online and all I see is new and used ruckus's, both are priced at $2999. On the island here they retail new for $2699 + tax.
Thanks for the input though Ruckass.
Gord
UPDATE:
LOL ... I tried to delete this thread since I don't need a Ruckus anymore... Now it says that "Ruckass" started this thread.

Zoomer, what are the ramifications/problems in buying one from across the border? I live on the Border about 10 miles from the Peace Arch crossing. If you want to chat just send me a message. My Bike is 2003 with 100 miles, and a transferrable 4 yr warranty (starts in '04). Underseat basket, side stand, chrome 270mm shock, light grilles, chrome pegs. shop manual..

I appreciate the offer Tedsmini, and your bike sounds very nice, but I doubt you would want to sell it for such an insanely low price to make it worth my time and energy to jump through all the hoops to get it over here. I'm sure I'll find one near me eventually, and I know you can get top-dollar for your mint condition Ruckus. Thanks for the offer though, I appreciate it ! ;D Gord here's a website with import instructions... www3.telus.net/dougsimpson/import1.htm I think I'd rather buy a new one from the dealer than go through all that, plus I think I'm taking a shine to the 05' Silver/Camo version Ruckus... it looks suprisingly good in the flesh; even the frame has a metallic grey/black look to it.

Honda Ruckus Wanted My poor ruckus was written-off after it had a fight with a taxi. If you're in the Victoria-Vancouver B.C. area with a nice used Honda Ruckus for sale let me know. Thanks. hgordh@telus.net Fatman has one for sale here in the classifieds section in your area. You should contact him to see if it has sold. He hasn't been around here for a while.

IF I sold mine it would only be to make room for the Big Yellow 250 Ruckus Next subject: Your Avatar on the left side is Scrible88, at the bottom of your messages it is Scribbles88: Which is it?

It's what's in my Avatar. Someone made my signature for me and didn't get the name quite right. I really like it though. ;D
