Anyone from Kansas or better yet southern Kansas. I'm in Wellington and I'd like to meet up with some fellow scooterists!

I was in Old Town of Wichita Kansas last week, having a great steak-dinner at a fantastic restuarant called Larkspur. While dining in the outside area, I heard a familiar and refreshing sound - no it was was not one of too many Big Dog harley clones, but a Ruckus :-[zooming westbound! I felt a moment of peace hoping to find it parked somewhere in the area. But alas, I did not find it...

Hey, Wichita sounds like a great place to hve a meet up. I've made many trips to and through Kansas, like it. I'm in Texas but would definately pack up the Ruckus for a trip there...'course Arkansas sounds good, too. Maybe I could do both (just thinking out loud)...

Kansas is awesome for the Ruckus. Countless miles of neverending dirt farm roads out in the country ;D

I don't know about anybody else, but I'm going to the Scoot -Tours Scootercade in Eureka Springs, Arkansas in August. Who's In?? I've never heard of it. Is it just a normal rally or what? Is it very big? I think this would be a fun thing for my dad who lives in Oklahoma City and I to do. It'd be great to travel down to Ark. to meet some fellow scooterists for a weekend!

Go to the SCOOT-TOURS.com site via Google & check it out. My vacation plans for 2004 were already in place, so I missed out. Wasn't sure that small scooters were welcome, but e-mail contacts have assured me that ALL scooters are invited. They have pictures on the site from the last couple of years. The Eureka Springs area is a really pretty area. A lot of history too.
