Hmm...never seen that tool before. If you really can't get it off you could either ask a nimble friend to do it, remove the floorboard for better access or try wrapping a cloth around it (to keep it safe) and then grab it with some pliers/vice grips...just be careful. You could try the tool but it's a long wait...

The ruckus, only have one cylinder, so there is no posibility of mistake with the wire
