Lowering the seat the vertically challenged

While I am tall, my wife is short - 5 feet. She is new to any motorcycles or scooters and is having a very tough time manuevering her Ruckus around while parking and stopping.

I saw on some Japanese web sites many lowered seats. Is this done as a modified seat or aftermarket seat? Ideas how to do this??

We have a new item on the Store but it's behind schedule.
It's a new seat frame that is lower. The cost is $100 US.

Thanks Abe. Will they look just like 'factory'? What about paint colors? Will they come painted or do we match and paint on our own?

They come in black.

I just found out the low seat frames didn't make the boat.
We will have them shipped by air later in the month.
