Got an insulated zippered bag a bit larger than your average lunch bag that fits perfectly. Also have a kid-size nylon backpack that I tuck behind that. Loop the bag handstraps together with the backpack shoulder straps & close the seat....everything stays put.

I just use a motorcycle net, sometimes two. It works great and doesn't limit what you can carry.

Just get a black or red or whatever color backpack from wal-mart for cheap.
Using the adjustment strapes tie it under the seat so that you just flip open the seat and you can unzip the pockets and have access to everything. That's what I do and its worked better for me than a net or anything.
;D

I use a 9-can soft-side cooler that fits perfect. I pulled the seat off wrapped the strap around the top of the seat frame and put the seat back on, so no one can walk off with it. It holds a six pack of beer and three bratwurst, "life is good" ;D

I used heavy duty black zip-ties, and made a net of sorts on the front and sides, and then I have a bungie net inside that for smaller things. This leaves the back open for long stuff. The zip-ties hold in all the big stuff, and the net keeps all my small stuff secure.

Purchase a black plastic automotive type battery box. Lift the seat up and lay the box in the underseat compartment. Using a permanent marker draw a line around the battery box using the metal frame, what the seat rests upon, as a guide. Remove the box and carefully cut on the line you traced. You may have to perform a couple other little cuts depending on the size of box, etc. If the box fits properly, and the cuts were made correctly, you'll have a black waterproof storage container that looks as though it's part of the scooter and best of all it's easily accessed simply by lifting the seat. Mine doesn't even need mounting to the bike, it simply sits snuggly in place with the seat closed.

I got a 5 gallon container from work, we get some quemical in those container (car washing detergent), it fit snuggly in the space under the seat i just used a marker and paint a line using the seat frame as a reference and cut anything that was higher than the frame drill some holes and tiewrapped it to the frame, i had to cut a hole on the side of the container so i could open the seat, so far it works great
