Well have some bad and good news ;D. The dealer wanted me to sell them back the parts and the scooter so that is the bad news but the good news is that the money i spent was all refunded. Also another good news is that the dealer said they might order the parts (still thinking of it) and also said they might try making some of there own parts that way if its a hit they make money and is cheaper to the consumer so they have more chance of getting customers. Also found an actual honda dealer that has upgrade parts and is testing as we speak so the parts might be available really soon. So anyways was fun while I had it with the speed and the parts but i geuss it wasn't to bad since they replaced my test scooter with the new one, have $1200 available again for parts to buy, $150 given to me for the troubles and testing and $200 worth that i could get in merchandise. All in all seems like I came on top. Now just wanted to know is the battlescooter store open now. Have to buy parts because now the stocker is gutless and i miss the speed and power .

Really, that is terrible news. Would you happen to have the name of the Honda dealership which supplied your, err, their Ruckus with all those nice parts? I'd love to discuss it with them however my garden gnome just came to life and should probably deal with it first....

well the dealership isn't really a factory dealership its a private one and they mostly sell motorcycles and aftermarket parts rather than oem. Anyways i don't think of it as a loss as money wise i gained just now i have to find a place that stocks parts so i could hopefully get the same mods.
