Not aware of any such animal and if it does exist the conversion would probably cost as much as the scooter. frosty

Actually, I thought I read it here, on these forums. Must be mistaken.
The post I saw referred to a FI, four-valve head, not as a retrofit for the Ruckus, but as a new version of the Ruckus engine with a four-valve head. Available only in Japan, I believe it said.
I agree, it'd probably be impractical to try and retrofit an existing Ruckus.
Sorry for the confusion.

Well, if you find one you're going to need fuel injection. I'd take a look at Megasquirt. The VW guys have good luck with it. Totally programable through a serial port with free open source software. www.megasquirt.info/index.htmlfrosty

The new Dio Z4 has such a head and FI. I'm not sure how close the Ruckus motor is to the new one but it may work. It would be cheaper, and better, to get the new Dio Z4 and swap all the stuff. It's got the cool wheels and brakes www.honda.co.jp/motor-lineup/dio-z4/
