Been looking for a used Ruckus to bum around my town on for a while now. Found a good deal on a 2014 and just went and test drove. The throttle at low speeds was a little sluggish/jerky. Is this normal (as I have not driven one before). Any ideas on the cause? Told the guy I would have to think about it. Thanks in advance.
