Put in a new wiring harness and Motor will start only when the load cut relay is removed. Head lights work when motor is running other lights won't go on. Otherwise no lights etc. When the load cut relay is in, and turn the key it is dead, no lights no fuel pump clicking and no start. I switched relays since they are the same and still have the same issue. Fuses are good, battery is good.Put 12V on all 3 relays and they click. Will only start when Kill Switch is in start and key is turned, so I assume both are good. Whomever can figure it out for me I'll paypal you $20.
