Alright, looking to the collective for this head scratcher.
I ordered the JC racing lightened flywheel. I've been stoked to install it for a week! Finally received my flywheel puller yesterday and swapped it out last night after work. Proud, I reassembled the radiator housing and refilled the coolant. When I went to bleed the lines, the ruck won't start!
The flywheel is spinning. It's cranking but, not turning over. When using the electric start, it spins and rumbles a bit like its trying to turn over. Though, it sounds weak. Give it a lil gas while cranking and it pops off with a loud backfire but, never turns over. Same results with the kick start.
There was some coolant that, apparently, did not fully drain from the pipe leading from the radiator to the block and it spilled on the stator and wiring. This "should" not be an issue, as the stator is designed to be able to take getting wet here and there. However, thought maybe it could be part of the issue. Cleaned it up the best I could and let it dry out over night. Same result this morning. All connections, hoses and pipes are firmly and snuggly seated.
It's killing me because it was running like a down right champ before this swap. It's almost acting like a carb or spark issue but, I did not touch either. I plan on tearing down the radiator/ stator housing after work tonight to try and diagnose but, any ideas would be totally appreciated! I just hope one of you fine folks has experience with this odd issue.
Thanks!

Figured it out. Just a dumb mistake with the specialized flywheel washer. New use. The left side flange bolt snapped off inside the block causing a coolant and air leak causing decompression. This interruption to the vacuum has me topping at 20mph. Now to try and extract. Hoping to avoid having to re-tap. Fun fun. XD
