Hey! I am working on a 2013 Ruckus that has been just sitting for 2 summers. After cleaning the carb replacing the fuel filter I have gotten it to start. However, if I give it any throttle it just stops. My assumption is that I need to find the best mixture for t again. However, I do not have a manual for it (it doesn’t belong to me or I would have one I love service manuals) and it seems as though the fitting to adjust mixture has a completely round hole in it. I’ve been on YouTube and everyone says you have to have this D-shaped tool or they are using power tools to drill it out and replace it... I don’t think the woman I am working on it for wants me taking any power tools to it but I want to get a little more guidance on whether buying the D-shaped specialty tool will actually work before I spend money on it. Only because from where I can see the fitting it doesn’t look to me like it has that flattened side for the D-shape it just looks round. Any help would be awesome!
