Hello everyone,
I have a 2014 Honda Ruckus with 3500 miles.
Lately I have been hearing various noises resonating from my scooter. I started to hear a cracking noise when I accelerated and now i pulled into my driveway and I hear an intermittent but often chatter noise from the engine area.
I pulled of the side cover for the transmission, and found out that my rollers are flat in one area, and they were misplaced and jumbling around. The crankshaft is slightly loose, and once I put the rollers back in place, it is quieter but still noticeable. I was wondering if the crankshaft may be bad, or the bearing? I am a little puzzled by this, because this isn't one of the problem years, and the scooter has relatively low miles.
Anyone know what the problem might be?
