Having issues with the fuel pump. I bought a new one because it wasn't pumping fuel, it would just get hot. The new one does the same thing. Doesn't oscillate, just gets hot. The battery voltage drops considerably when I turn the switch on as well. I think I'm having an issue with the ECU.
