Hi,
It has been a while since I have last been on this forum. My 2003 Ruckus all of a sudden died, when the key is turned on, I do not hear fuel pump sounds, and when I push the starter button, nothing happens. I checked the fuses, all are ok.
Is it the ECM? I had one go bad on my 2003 Metropolitan once, but it would still run a little. I also have a 2007 Ruckus, could I swap ECMs to see if it is faulty? I am not sure if they are the same.

Assuming the battery is charged and healthy,I would proceed to check any wiring and fuses(which fuses you said you did) then check the ECM if nothing else solves the problem, could try resetting the ECM also with the service wire to POSITIVE TERMINAL on battery with a small wire, just a few things I would try hopefully it helps 👍

When you turn the key does anything happen? Any lights? Tail lights should come on at least for a few seconds. Try hooking a jump pack or car battery to your battery and try again. You should hear the fuel pump click a few times. If you don't hear that clicking from the pump check to see if it's getting hot to the touch. This would signal a bad ECU. You can swap them too.

Went riding last week and it just died out of nowhere. Had to walk it all the way home. Been working on it for the past week and can't figure it out. Changed the relays, stater, battery, fuses...nothing worked. Tested EVERY SINGLE WIRE with a multi-meter and a power probe with no issue to be found. I'm at a lose, I don't know where to go from here and this bike has been kicking my "edit profanity" since the day I bought it 2 years ago. Were you able to resolve the problem? PLEASE HELP!
