starts great bogging bad when giving it throttle 2017ruckus

starts great bogging bad when giving it throttle it dont what to move. on the kick stand is the only way i can rev it up the rear tire is spinning so it not a cvt problem the ruckus is a 2017 with only 104 miles on it. i check the spark plug it don't look bad check the gas looks good when i turn the key on i can here the fuel pump click 5-9 times so i dont think that the problem ether. i not really sure whats going on here any ideas?

ok i figure it out. early in the day i took off the air breather cover to check the air filter i didn't get the cover in the grove of the breather box and it must of been sucking air in between cover and the breather box after i did that the ruckus is running great. its crazy to think that a little air leak like that could make the scooter run that bad.
