It starts, it don't start

I have a 2009 ruckus with starting problems. It'll start, wait a couple of hours and it still starts. Wait all night and it won't. If you work at it long enough it'll start. Changed filter, pump and spark plug. Still really hard to start. Ordered new jets and air intake. Today I ordered all new fuel hose. Let's keep the fingers crossed. Anybody else have any advice for a ruckus newbe?

how many miles do you have on it.

If the answer is above 1500 miles, I'd bet you need a valve job.
