Installed the NCY CDI as per the directions etc. the bike starts up and runs fine. I know the Kill Switch gets disabled but I have to hit the kill switch then turn the key off to kill the engine. Is this normal?
Also when I hit the kill switch the bike idles up about 200-300 rpm. Is that normal as well?
On flats my speed is about the same as it was without the CDI around 39-40 mph. I bought the bike used. The previous owner had a Sheng Wey PC20 carburetor a cyclone type intake. I installed a Polini High Speed variator and Im wondering what is out of tune because I feel like I should be able to cruise around 45 mph on flats. Im only 185 lbs.
