How difficult should it be to push a ruckus while its turned off? It feels as though I am pushing a bit more than just its weight. Also, i cant find any info on the brake lock...is it "activated" while pushed into the brake lever piece (to the left) or is it activated while pulled out (to the right) to where it sticks out?
