Kitty and I have a cabin booked.
We should have some new faces this year, at least they said they are showing up.
I saw a news report about the storm damage to the park. It's gonna take months to completely clean up all the trails.
Little River Road was closed this weekend, should be open soon.

Little River Road and the Cades Cove Road have gone back and forth from Closed and Open on various days due to continued tree falling conditions from the Storm. Been there 3 times since the Storm, and could/couldn't ride em' depending on daily conditions..... ;D

I live in Gatlinburg me and a good friend of mine could be there Saturday and Sunday if i could find out what time where going on these rides i could meet you out there in Townsend

NICE Video Kami.....we only have one PCX now, so Mitzie will be on it and I'll be on the 230 Motard. We'll be there on Thursday. I'm plannin' on ridin' the Backroads around Townsend....cross the Single Lane Bridge, or turn at the Phillips 66 Store. Might even ride over sometime down past Cosby...possibly even Hwy 32 (the Home of the "Skuuter Pine Sap Incident")...  .......we'll see..... ;D

Not going. Have a yearly meet of another hobby in Dallas NC the following week. Usually make a little extra coin at it. Too bad the weeks aren't the other way around lol!
You guys have a great time and please take a lot of pictures and share them.

Due to some of my Mom's recent Health Issues, Mitzie and I won't be arriving until late Friday Night. Guess we can test the Headlight Capacities of Long Distance Nightime riding on the CRF230M and PCX125.....won't be leavin' Home until around 6:30 EST Friday....See Everyone Saturday Mornin'...... ;D

Bad news. It appears the transmission in my truck went out yesterday. Waiting to hear back from the mechanic for comfirmation but it appears the Kami brothers will not be able to make it out this trip. If something changes I will update here but my luck is never good so it's probably a cluster. Tim, Sharron said a woman was coming from Michigan and staying at the KOA and wanted to know when to be there Thursday. I'm not sure when you are coming in but since I am probably out and Skuuter is not getting in till late Friday I told Sharron she may want to pass your info along to her. You may want to give Sharron a call tomorrow if you have time. |

Kitty and I are going to try to be there around 1pm Thursday.
I will have Kitty call Sharon tomorrow.
Skuuter's right -- saddle up and pack your stuff on the Rucks.
It would be an epic ride. You could still be there Thursday night.
I want to see the sunrise at Clingman's dome Sunday morning.
