While riding seems like the kick starter is working its way out and touching hte face it mates with... Anyone have this issue on theirs? What did you do to make it stop?
ITS ANNOYING!!!

 Yes i did, once i did not seat the outer face right, so the starter gears were noisey, i had to get the variator cover off and reset the outer face, since then i use blue locktite on the nut, and really make sure the outer face is all the way in

What do you mean exactly by outter face? I wanna get this noise GONE! ARG! lol
If it is regarding the variator pulley... The noise has been there even before I touched that...

 maybe the noise is in the kickstarter gear itself (variator cover), take it apart and lube it with some bearing grease

I've done that too actually lol I'm just at a loss, or so it seems.  I think I should sell this red one and buy a white one when they come avaiable. |

Yeah he's reeling me in fast. I think I used to be up by about 140 or so. I still come on here regularly but I try to only respond to posts where I know what I'm talking about and I might be able to say something that not everyone knows. When this summer started I was at 400ish posts and now I'm almost at 1100 cuz for a while I was responding to everything.
I'm just trying to give others a chance now.
