There is a marine yard that I ride to on a somewhat regular basis that is all gravel, but I have not been there since I have put the tires on. I live in Seattle, so lots of wet hills and bad roads, but not too much on the gravel/dirt side. I did notice that riding down the wet grass from my porch where I work on the bike is definitely slicker than with the stockers (which is what I would assume)

;D DD, I just read your "Aftermarket Tires Buyers Guide" and WOW, WOW. I was Amazed at not only the quality of this report, but the thoroughness of it! Thank you for your caring concern for your fellow Rucksters. I'm going for the Perelli SL26's at this point. The you added were an immense help. ;D Again, a big THANKS from mrgreg

Ran into a buddy of mine I hadn't seen in quite a while, today. He works in the Wal-Mart tire center. Says they have tires in Ruckus sizes, you just hafta ask someone back there about them. Might try to run over and see about it, sometime while he's working. Just out of curiuosity.

I was just browsing thru the Dennis Kirk metric bike catalog, and noted they have a selection of Scooter rubber. Mostly street oriented, while not startlingly cheap, is competitive and their turnaround on orders is about 4 days. Another resource is another resource.
