I'm looking at buying a Honda ruckus. I found a 2006 with 6800 miles on it for $1200. Is this a good buy? Are the miles a problem? They are kind of high compared to the other scooters I've seen. Would it be smart to rebuild it when I got it? Thanks for the help!

That's a pretty good price. You could easily find a nearly new motor for $300 or less if you'd want to swap in a fresh one. A lot of people swap to GY6 motors so they have stock 4 strokes with very miles that make for good swap/upgrade options. That can save you the time of rebuilding the motor that comes with it.
