Does anyone have a K&N Air Filter on their Ruckus? I've checked their Website and nothing is listed! I've submitted a Request on the Website to have one made! Pro Cycle does have a K&N Air Filter for the Ruckus listed on their Website! Any ideas? Thanks!

Check out www.bowlsla.com. www.Battlescooterstore.com has a couple aswell. If you plan on swapping you stock airbox for a K&N, make sure you know what your getting into. Just so you know, swapping the OEM for the KN will require you to rejet. I purchased one and tried the swap out only to find out I needed to take this step. I put the OEM back in for now til it gets warmer for me to mess with the jets.

The drop in really flows well enough to require a rejet? Idle/mix adjustment didn't help?

I was wondering the same thing. According to the K&N Website, no Jetting is required. I'm going to install it and see what happens.

If it's really cold and/or really low altitude where you are you might have to go up one size. Maybe.

I dropped the KN in late Nov/early Dec in MN, so the temps were not exactly tropical. I had way too much air or not enough fuel - whichever is the correct terminology. I posted on RC if using the idle mix screw would be good enough to make the change and the response was rejetting. So since I have a small unheated work area I put the OEM back in til it warmed up.
I also have the KN variator to install this spring - if it ever freaking comes. Still looking to get some Dr Pulley 6g sliders also.

I've had the K&N Air Filter for about 2 Weeks! The Bike feels very Responsive and Idles the same as with the Stock Air Filter! I didn't do any Re-Jetting or Idle Adjustment of any kind! I guess it depends on where you live if you have to do any Adjustment with the K&N Air Filter!

You are a lucky guy indeed ;D I do not think you need to rejet but an idle mixture adjusment is a must for most everyone

I have the stock replacement drop in as well. I didn't do anything to it and it idles fine. The only difference is a little better gas mileage and its a little louder above 30 mph. The K&N part # is 33-2238 and i ordered it at autozone. Its not listed for a ruckus but I promise you its the same size as stock.
