I like all of it except for the exhaust. It looks out of place, sorry.

I like it, the exhaust seems a bit small compared to the rest of the byke, but is only a 50 so it is the right size, i would just add an orange gut pad over the gas tank Great job congrats ;D ;D

Its a Jolly moto expansion chamber, probably the most powerful exhaust for this engine. The stinger looks weird but all two strokes that are tuned have the weird little pipe after the chamber. The dimentions of it are important for the tuning. This is what it looks like under the fairing. The chamber part is for pulse tuning.

is it heavy compared to a ''normal'' scooter? the frame seem big for a little 50cc, how it perform, like in max speed and acceleration?

I think if you tucked the can out of the way it would look better. Almost like and under seat, but not quite. Just next too the rear fairings. In my mind it looks hot. I'm jealous as is, but moving the can would make me want to go out of my way to steal it from ya. I'm just playin' . I'd never steal someones wheels.

is it heavy compared to a ''normal'' scooter? the frame seem big for a little 50cc, how it perform, like in max speed and acceleration? The frame is aluminum and probably weighs less than 10 lbs even though it looks big. I think the RS weighs 180lbs and it feels about the same as my SR50 scooter when lifting it an moving it around the shop. I am not sure how much the SR50 weighs but its pretty heavy, way more than the ruckus. My SR50 is pretty built and real fast, it has hit 65 on the flats with me on it. The RS is way faster, I think it will hit 80 once its broken in. I forgot to say that the engine is really modifed. It has an 80cc Malossi cylinder kit, ported my Micah at AF1, a 21mm delorto phbg carb, modded airbox, V-forece quad reeds, cage and intake manfold, a doppler full circle HD stuffer crank, the cylinder is milled for tight squish and a nearly 14:1 compression ratio, jolly moto race pipe, barret clutch, ported cases, all moving parts are cryo treated and shotpeened and WPC'ed including the piston, rings and cylinder bore. I think the engine makes 16-18 whp up from the stock 7whp. The powerband is 9-13,000 rpm. The main annoying thing about the RS is that it has a narrow powerband and you have to shift like crazy all the time. It feels like a YZ80 in speed and powerband.

It would look awsome under the seat but I would have to get rid of the oil tank, move the battery somewhere and ditch the airbox and insulate the fuel tank. Its hard to fit an expansion chamber in a place where it was not designed to go because its so fat. Plus where the pipe currently is is the same place where the motoGP RS250 pipes are so if you are into the small bore motoGP bikes, it actualy looks more authentic where it is. My next really sick project is to put an RZ550 engine in my RS250 and stick the RS250 engine in the rs50 and put the RS5O engine is some super light moped or something.

I felt like I needed to show you what I meant. Who needs Photoshop when you have MS Paint.

That would make the stinger 5-6 inches longer which would change the tuning alot. plus put the thing where it could burn you, it would rub on your heel and burn you calf! I was thinking up over the engine like a dirt bike with a center exit. That would be sick!

You could loop the exhaust pipe over the swing arm, and because you will keep the same lenght, it will be shorter and better looking on the other side, fabricating a nice heat shield will take care of the hot ankle

I won't go as far as suggesting to tuck it under the tail, but I'll agree the pipe would look better if it was aimed a little bit higher instead of being left out all alone out there by it's lonesome. I did my best to keep it the same length and not put too much bend in it (only 20 degrees) But hey, straight out is the easiest way out for gasses, and a built RS50 is definitely not for show so who cares! More power (literally) to ya

Awesome bike! Aprilia's small RS sportbikes are super rad. You've done a great job with this....if there was any way I could get an RS125 imported to Canada (affordably) I'd be all over it.

If I could get an RS125 plated here I would have bought one. I have plans to perhaps make something out of this bike with a 250 moto engine or if I do the RG550 swap with my RS250, put that motor in this chassis.
