I just did lars' seat mod, I noticed he hasnt been on in awhile so I figured Id share my experience w/U.
The first thing I did was measure the spacing of the 2 existing front holes(1 3/8....I think from memory) Pinch tube in a vise then drill the said distance and scribe a mark to where it needs 2 be and drill new hole. I cut off the front tube about 1/2 of an inch below the middle of all three holes. To the rear. I cut off 1" as a starting point @ the rear and then I mounted the seat in the front w/ all 4 bolts(2 each side) then i got the seat level, and scribed the location of the holes for the rear mount from the inside. Drilled / and all COOOL Good luck- Canmaker

I did the exhaust mod and put up a vid.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mt9WMH9XXikalso you could make a killing off those seat extensions and filling now that you have it all figured out..I would buy one if the price was right..like in a complete kit..

Do you remember what angle you cut the steel tubing for the frame extension at? I would really like to try this. Thanks!

Any chance you could re-upload the pics? This all sounds amazing but your RuckusMods gallery on picasa seems to be non-existent.
