How do you know your new filter is 'freer flowing than the malossi' already? Thanks for the pics....it looks like the normal Pod filter trapped inside a chrome case. That should really help keep it clean. I'd imagine you'd have to oil it but I don't know how...maybe just spray some WD-40 in there??? I really don't know. I'd try her out with your current jetting setup before you go richer cuz it may not be that different.

am planning to try with the original jetting first before anything, its -28C here so its hard to judge the jetting Heres the piccys, installs all done, this is keeping the PAIR valve system intact

With that airbox gone your Ruckus could really benefit visually from an aftermarket shock. I'd also suggest your remove your fender to really give it that open rear wheel look except your Ruckus is so dirty that I imagine you drive it in the muck a lot so you need the fender.
Anyways, I don't know if I'd even bother jetting it while it's -28 C outside. In my experience you need to go up a jet size for every 20C the temp drops so compared to normal summer driving you'd need to be up 2 sizes. Even if you do get it running right it'll still suck because it's so cold that it just won't run as good or as fast.

yes DD, thats why i wont bother. Why i say its freer flowing than the malossi is when i fire it up at idle, it idles higher than before. The same thing happened when i went from the stock box to the malossi.

yup, its leaner, i think ill go up a size or 2 in the main, its so lean its engaging the clutch at idle. Its running worse than before at lower RPMS too. Ill have to see what the shop drilled my MJ out to, cause this stuff doesnt make any sense

Update!!! Long Awaited, i know, as soon as this SIP Order goes through im gonna take some pics of that Underglow kit ( heck $15 you cant loose). I got a couple LED strands coming along with it im gonna put on the sides. Ive got it all planned out, now just time to execute, so heres the long term plans
EXTERNAL - Navy Blue/Mettalic Paint - Reflective Bonfire Flames on Battey Box - Custom Stickers (These will be here later on this week, ill take piccys, wont put them on till the paint is done) - Underglow Kit (Probably mount it under near the gas tank, bu not too close) -Fournalles Blue Coiless Shock -Chrome Wheels and Drag Exhaust(These will be well down the line, not to high on the priority list right now)
ENGINE - Big Bore Piston (As soon as its ready) -Port and Polish (Done at the same time as Piston) - POSSIBLY BIG IF 2006 ENGINE or maybe a 100cc engine swap
