Yeah, too bad I can't break 200. 175 was the highlight of that night. 7 games in a row is rough, especially throwing a 16 lb ball for a hook with carpal tunnel syndrome. That only lasted about 2 full games before I switched back to throwing my 15 lb straight ball, which is what's pictured.

We were one frame shy of 8 games last night when midnight rolled around. If our stupid pinsetter didn't lock up like 5 times, we would have gotten it. I had a 160 in the ninth, coming off of two strikes. I didn't realize one of my brother's balls is actually made of good catching material, and I can throw a fairly awesome hook with it (and it's lighter than my balls, except my 8 lb ball). I was killing, but I didn't get to throw the 10th frame, I was tryin' to break that 200...

I broke my right collarbone twice when I was a teenager, skateboarding and "touch" football. The pain is something, almost blacked out. They break real easy, then you have to wear a weird harness for like four weeks until it heals. Wish I had pictures too.

When the doc put his knee in my back to set it before he put the brace on I totally conked out. Broke it on a 50cc Harley Aermacchi while rolling it back into the showroom, it jumped into gear. It did take a while to heal. When I was sent home from the hospital I was relay doped up, and my wife of 38 years tells me that's when I proposed. I plead non compus mentis ( not responsible for my actions )

I'm not a moderator, but I think someone needs to ban someone, or delete this and the other thread etc. before this "edit profanity" gets out of control. We don't need psychos on this board.

we are of alot of different people on here, and nobody ever intends to offend one another, sometimes when we type out something it does not carry the context on to the screen that it does in your head, and i'm the first to admit that i have inadvertently may of made a what i thought was a funny remark to a fellow r.c brother, that came out not so well as intended. by nature of this kind of communication we do not meet face to face to express ourselves properly,if only thru smilies, we are lucky to have someone like teds to judge thru experience wot is rite or wrong here, and 1ofnone is a little different to some of youmaybe in your opinions? but i say he is most welcome here and if he got the wrong idea, well, everyone has their off-days... as long as he and all else keep it happy and clean,i will continue to come here, but we should not CORNER members. like teds says "everyone is fighting their own battle" and thats me included
