I just turned 1800 miles on my big Ruck......I just got back from a six day riding trip on my big Harley....the ruck had not been started in almost a week....but fired right up. I sure missed it. As far as commuting to work since I got the Big Ruck I have not driven my cage to work...between the Ruck and my Harley....who needs four wheels.... ?? Not me.

I've had mine for about 6 weeks and I just hit 1,560 miles. Still under $30 in gas, WOOHOO! I've been thinking about naming mine "the Arkansas Ruckusback"...What's your opinion. I think I'm the only Arkie on RuckusCentral or RuckusTalk. Amazing. I wish there was a club close. I've seen about 5-10 ruckers around town, I think I should start my own club. On average, since I drive it to work everyday (rain or shine), I put about 200 miles a week on it. Pretty good. Hope it lasts forever. I can't wait to hit the 2000 mile mark. Then I'll feel like my money was well spent. App. $1 per mile to own it, AWESOME!

I'm about a week and a half away from 20,000km. I'm on pace to roll my speedometer over sometime in late 2010.

I just turned over 140. When I start driving it to work, I'll be putting about 50 a day on it.

I just returned from a trip to the Indiana Dunes, which was about a 200 mile trip from my neck of the concrete in Chicago. I now have something around 1300 miles on it. I bought it used the fourth of July weekend this summer with about 500 on it. 800 in two months ... nice. I think I've filled it up about eight times, maybe nine.
With winter approaching, I'm waiting to see if I can swing driving it in the Chicago snow. Two things I'm not liking the thought of: salt and getting it buried beneath the plow-wakes on the backroads (I unfortunately park on the street). The cold season could be a good excuse to rip it apart and mod it out a bit, natch .. . .

*le sigh*
Still haven't hit 900 miles. One year, and not even a thousand miles. Man, graduating sure put a choke on ridin' Ryoko... time to get a big Ryoko.

Just kicked over 1300 miles. 5 months it took. Well, most of it was in the last two months. (about 1150 of it.)

283 this evening and counting. I bought my Ruck in 7-28-05. Is 100 miles a month pretty good? I'm sure with the wet season coming it will drop off a bit.

That's my mother's birthday. Well, the other night, Ryoko hit the ten-ton. Almost at 1100 now, need to get ready to change that oil... I took her for a ride through Munchkin Land, and that was true terror... And then I made a wrong turn, and pulled over to let the car behind me by, and it was the police... and we had a chat, that was fun...

I'm stoked cuz I'll hit 25K this week. I just gotta do that 3 more times and my odometer will roll over and I can sell it as a low milage Ruckus and get a new one. Maybe Honda will give me a free one. I know Volvo gives out free cars if you can roll them over but that's a million miles. A 100,000 is pretty tough on a 50cc scooter though. I'm slamming on over 500 a week right now so I should be close to 30,000 by Christmas....2B continued.

actually the ride is so kewl, since I got it, I NEVER went to work with my car, took the zoom every single day, even under moderate rain.
the problem is that I know that if I use the car, one travel would cost me same as one week using the zoom.

I totally know what you mean, if it's is cold or kinda raining I still take the Ruckus because my parents charge me to use their vehicles so one trip to work in the car is a week of scootin around.
