If you do you are priming me to be mad at the person I'm responding to next. 4-free shipping. We can do this, first we raise prices a lot then say "wow, check out the free shipping" 5-You guys rule. If every customer was as cool as RuckusCentral people I could die a happy man. We are doing our best. We have tons of news parts coming, lots of work to do and lots of room to improve. I guess my only complaint otherwise would be the level of organization (or lack of) on the battle-scooter site/store. I'm a college student/hopeless web developer, so it has set me of a little bit.
Who does your web work for you? Doyou do it yourself. Don't get me wrong, I think the battlescooter site looks great...I like the menu and color scheme, but it takes me a little while sometimes to find what I need or find out where I am.
I imagine you don't have too terribly much control over the look and feel of the store, but I would love more picturs if it is possible. Like the item by itself and the item installed from a couple angles. It would also be REALLY cool if there was a direct link to the tech explaining the part from its listing.
My appologise for my anal design nature. Fo rizzle, the the sites rock and I would have not even been interested in the ruckus without 'em. ...and ruckus central.

I was never asking for free shipping, I clearly stated that I can send a pre-paid shipping slip with my check. I don't see how this would raise any problems...but whatever.

We can't use other people's shipping stuff because it raises other problems down the road. I didn't mean to attack you. Sometimes the typed word doesn't read the way it should... or I'm bad at it. If you don't like the way the site works Email me at general@battlescooter.com so we can chat about it. Please visit the site first because we did make some basic changes. Both sites are up for a major change, I'm working on it as time permits.

This post should change its name to "Battle Scooter Store Suggestions". I like the Store just the way it is. Especially now that I know Abe is behind it. I just think people need know how much we trust in Abe. Abe, we love ya, bro! ;D CT, I already modified the title as Abe had it as Complaints about BSS. He is such a sweetheart he is always ragging on himself. He works all days and answers email and ships at night, that's a heavy load. tedsmini

im going to order stuff very soon, after my dead saturn, im sure you saw the pics, since then i got another car and its leaving me broke cause i need it to be bad "edit profanity", on another note, i wasnt ragging on your store,(i think its great) in that other thread, im sure you remember, i had just got my ruck , and i didnt think the exhaust would be that much i was kind of surprised, but anyways im sorry if you took it the wrong way, but anyway ruck+car= me broke, hope to do buisness with you soon,

sorry i didn't take the time to read all the other mesages in this section before posting so i hope i'm not repeating anyone... i've ordered a few things from the site and i got fast confirmation and a prompt delivery. all the gear was exactly what i wanted and i got a free t-shirt each time! I think the battlescooter website looks very good, but that the battlescooter store website frontend could use a little facelift. i think it works well to find the parts you want and i know thats whats important, but i'm ordering parts half way accross the continent and i'd enjoy seeing maybe a more detailed picture of what it is before ordering. i don't know how many orders come from canada, but if theres enough demand maybe consider keeping a parts warehouse here to reduce shipping costs ( im sure its more complicated than that, just a thought) i don't mean to sound like a jerk- this board and the battlescooter website have been so much help to realize the potential of my little ruckus and im very thankful. ps: i just noticed that there was a disk break conversion kit added - thats amazing! now if i only had a second scooter to sell to purchase it id be all set (^-^) this is my first post on the board so hellooo everyone - you 've all been a great help ill try to post more in the future -Dom

Abe,
First I just want to say thanks for the great service in the past. I ordered an under seat storage bin and it is just awesome! Super fast delivery and no problems whatsoever.
However, I do have one concern... approximately 2.5 months ago I ordered and paid for a rear luggage rack for my Ruckus. I have contacted Jason several times to get some kind of an idea if/when the item will be coming. I understand that it takes a while to get things from Japan but we are coming up on 3 months now. I would really appreciate any information you can give me regarding my purchase of this item and when I may be receiving it. Thanks!

I would like to say something good about battlescooter, but I cannot. They have my money and I have not heard a but one word from them since the got it "thanks". They do not answer emails and I think Jason is a ghost (of halloween) maybeee! They do not seem to worry about customer service.
