Finally got my windshield in and installed it, aside from some scratchs on the paint from installing no problem, the slipstreamer CF-50 is great, heres a pic at Plum Point on the Mississippi River near Osceola, AR. Mark Twain used to tie up his steamboat here.

Good pic but too dark. Take a few more of the area of attachment and the ensuing scratches. Us BR owners need to know. The hardware looks like slipstreamer, what model # is the shield? It looks spiffy

The size of the tires doesn't realy mean a hole lot. They stick just fine. The aren't built like street bike tires, but they'll hold up to just about anything the little 250 can dish out. I bought my ruckus in ME and drove it back to NC visiting family along the way(mostly I-95). At slow speeds the tires will stick well past the point of dragging the center stand. At high speeds (above 45) the back tire will give you a little wobble if you push it to hard. 5500 mi and counting. Stay safe ;D

I just bought my Big Ruckus last week and I am loving this thing. I got it because I only drive 2 miles to work and 4 miles to the gym and 1 mile to the grocery - my SUV was a drag to drive in that way - so I upgraded to my BR. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and this thing is great for the area. I am going to make some slight modifications to it for wind, but other than that - It is perfect! I will be riding this all year long with our mild winters! Jai

I edited your post to fix the pictures. To post pics, all you need is to click the button, above the smilies, and enter the image URL in between the blocks. html won't work on this board. Looks good. I sat on a silver one for the first time, last week, and had naughty thoughts about her. I think I still like the yellow better, for some reason, but I'd take either of 'em in a second. Rawk on, and keep us posted.

My preferance is the silver although yellow seems very fitting for a BR. Nice pics and enjoy the scoot.

I dunno, I usually hate yellow, but after seein' them both in person, I think the yellow just looks like some kinda bumblebee tonka truck thing...

Having spent time on them, the Big Ruckus is a fine ride, more than capable of long trips.............

Zack, last I checked the Battlescooterstore was the best place to get Big Ruckus parts, and probably the only place on this side of the world. Try there, and if you don't see what you want, don't hesitate to e-mail them your question.
