Thanks to Coki-aja's translated instructions and a bit of guidance from Zoomerbod, the install itself was straight forward for an amateur. I would've liked a step-by-step to be sure I was reading diagram rightly but couldn't find one: I took my time with each wire, one step at a time cutting approximately 1" from coupler. Took about 75 mins total. Step 1: Pink/Blue ECU to Grey and remainder Pink/Blue to White. Step 2 & 3: Yellow/Blue tagged with Orange. Peach/Black to Blue ready to go. Step 4: Blue/Yellow tagged with Yellow so Grey Coupler Side complete. Step 5 & 6: Blue/Green hooked up with both Black and Red/Green tagged with Red so Coupler Side dusted. Step 7: iMap Harness: Step 8 & 9 to finish, plenty of cleanup tape and iMap held by cable tie. Good to go. Whack the battery box back on. I've been advised to cake the connectors in tape as they don't like water so will do at a later stage. Running a Polini just now so will see what increase has been gained before chucking in the Powerdrive Kit which Kitaco recommend for use with their iMap.

Haven't had much chance to test it yet. Rode to the shops with MCN app logging the ride today. I only warmed up for 5 mins and ride was short but it certainly felt much quicker. I'll keep logging rides and post them.

Finally had a decent run in decent weather. Not many long stretches but still felt the difference. Happy so far. I'm gettin' 0.3G's. ;D

European and Japanese ruckus have electronic fuel injection, so the I-map allows not only control of timing but fuel mixture

Thank you for this post! I just installed the IMAP on my Japanese ruckus (Zoomer) with the Polini Variator (5.6g rollers) and a white polini torque spring. Top speed went from 34mph to 37.5
