New intel. I just bought a 2017 Ruck. I am 202 pounds and this thing goes 65 kilometers an hour/ 40.38 MPH. This is stock with a catylic converter in the exhaust. Honda made a few changes from the older models as I would see.

Ive read alot about mods 2 get mote out of a ruckus. Ive done a jet kit, clutch spring, belt, & plan 4 a variator (stating w/6g wts.), & a nyc cdi. All that & i still have 2 work 2 naintain 35mph w/head wind. I would like a steady 40mph all day every day. I could gy6, but i bought it because its a HONDA known the brand all my life. Always delivers RELIABLY. Thats the whole reason i bought it. I looked ar zumas..nice. Powerfull & built well...its just the wrong brand. Gy6? Y would i support the chinese economy when they steal jobs from the USA? At least honda builds plants in the usa, even if its not a ruckus, somebody has a job workin in a honda plant..raising a family on american soil.so if i have to spend a couple bucks to hit 40 in an urban environment, Im gonna go honda all the way. I didnt buy it 2 go fast, i got it cause fast or slow the fuckin thing looks COOL.. isnt that why u bought yours?

Just curious, question for the ones who have the pc20 carb, what do you do with the choke and tps plugs?

Just curious, question for the ones who have the pc20 carb, what do you do with the choke and tps plugs? At the moment they're just tucked away around the intake manifold. Eventually they'll be depinned and the wires removed.
