Here's a picture of the 2 passenger Ruckus that the Honda guys where running at some track that Gerry took a few weeks ago...it's a clever design:

Looks like they've got one of those JDM underseat storage boxes and a mini trailer hitch too.

I need that! Is that custom fabricated or an official Honda part I can order?

I believe it's custom fab'd by some Honda race team. The cushion looks pretty hard and it seems like the seat is angled back slightly but the idea is solid. If you have the right tools it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to make...maybe you could start selling them.

I think I'll have to try and build one this summer.

I think I'll have to try and build one this summer. Yeah, i had this glorious plan to mount a Vino Buddy seat on the back of mine, never happened... I think it would be better to build a new longer seat frame personally

If you bought the Vino seat and you don't want it anymore, I'll buy it from you. Let me know.

That Vino seat isn't that big but it should work fine...not having to make the seat saves a lot of work.

8-)I have seen them use those seats, the rider faces back and they tow a small trailer with the nitrogen tanks

Cruiser back rest pad should double well for the seat bottom with "fabbed" brackets...............

I saw this over at Tokyo - Parts, kinda looks like something that could be padded and used as a rear seat.

You could do that, but where would the passenger put their feet without burning an ankle or leg on the exhaust? Also, you'd be going slow as hell with that extra weight unless of course they weigh as much as one of them anorexic Olson twins.

Before my wife bought Camote, we used to ride together in Katrina, the performance went to heck, but still it was a lot of fun, of course she only weights like a 100 lbs

I take my teenage daughters for rides on my ruk. But now, with the big bore engine, I can hit 40 mph with two riding, whereas before I'd be lucky to hit that speed by myself.

I'm not worried about the weight, I already take my fiance with me on my ruckus and have no issue's keeping up with traffic in town, I get down to about 40km/hr on some hills, but there are a lot of scooters around where I live, so most people are used to slow scooters going up hills. If I did get that piece, I'd probably be ordering a new tail light from them and be welding it to the bottom of that rear rack, welding some brackets farther up the fram for some pegs wouldn't be to hard to do.

I do not know about that rack, i think is way too far back I rather fabricate something that goes between the seat and the rear handle

yah, I've kinda been toying with the idea of bending the rear bar flatter then it is now, mounting something too it and padding it. Trying to make it level with the current seat. Currently just an idea.

That would be cool if you could bend the bar flat and then get a custom seat made (or steal one from another bike. I think battlescooter can actually order you an extended seat frame too if you wanna go that route.
