Here are my results with the Daytona variator from Battlescooter. I was finally able to take my ruk out and open it up (it was a WARM day today in CT!)
On a flat road, full open throttle, I hit 39 mph. In a tuck (behind my windscreen) I maxed out at 40 mph. This is with a stock engine, except for the variator. Not bad.

It comes with 6 gram weights.
The real improvement is acceleration of the line. No more bogging at 15 mph. Now its smooth acceleration up to the top!

Wow I see a lot of people cant get a good top speed, my ruck stock I could get close to 45 mph. I put a new exhaust and jet in, now I only get to 40mph, but I think that is because I have more power which is throwing the rollers out faster (I think) I'll update this when I get a new variator, looking at the Daytona Drag from battlescooter
